Warm the Children

Warm the Children is a program whose mission is to provide new warm winter clothing for children in need.  In Washtenaw County, Warm the Children is led by a partnership between Old National Bank and Kiwanis Club of Ann Arbor

Warm the Children ensures that children in our community start Michigan’s winter season with warm clothing:  coats, hats, boots, mittens and other essentials. Each year, school counselors and social workers across our region identify kids who could use the warm clothing that the Fund provides. Since it’s founding in 1995, the program has served thousands of local children in Washtenaw County.

FOUR WAYS TO HELP:

4. Volunteer: Register here to volunteer for the upcoming season!

Our goal is to raise $250,000 to serve 3,000 kids. Children have the opportunity to choose warm clothing that they want to wear all winter long – by visiting a local store with their families and a volunteer personal shopper to buy $90 worth of new winter items.

All dollars raised go to provide warm clothing for local children in need.  100% of your donation goes directly to clothing purchases.*Please note that there is a small fee for using Paypal donations.
